You can choose between a fresh full file each day, or a daily, weekly or monthly change file showing what’s new, updated, or closed, or both. Access is available manually from your account or programmatically via our Grants API.

£1,000 to get started, which gives you the complete grants file as it stands today. After that, it’s £500 per month to keep your file continuously updated with new, changed, and closed grants.

You keep every file you’ve already downloaded. You’ll simply stop receiving updates from the date your subscription ends. Bear in mind we process hundreds of grant changes every month, so your file will start to fall out of date almost immediately.

Not at all. If you can download a file from a website and open a spreadsheet, you can use the manual option. For teams who want to automate, our Grants API supports any tool that handles HTTP requests, including simple ones like curl.

The Grants API lets you pull files programmatically rather than logging in and downloading them by hand. It’s ideal if you want updates to flow directly into your own database, CRM, or internal tools without manual intervention.
